It can easily be ported but the output from such "editors" is HTML and you will need to convert this into Wiki markup before saving into the database. Blogs get around this by saying HTML output, but in Wiki pages, that can be very risky. You need a HTML to Wiki Markup convertor creating before even dreaming of this feature.

There are Word and Open Office macros on this site which can be used to make editing easier for those users who are scared to learn the syntax. However if your thinking about Wysiwyg, maybe you should re-consider using a Wiki in the first place.
