Featured links cannot open
After creating a URL to the featured link, why is it that the URL is mesh with the Tiki site URL...example: http://111.222.333.444/tiki/www.tiki.org where the URL www.tiki.org is what I have assigned in the featured link.
Where can I change so that the new popup window can link to www.tiki.org directly?
