Thanks for the help..this is what i am looking for exactlybiggrin
Why did you say this is not recommended?? I see this as a good way to tell someone that there is info existing in the File Gallery without having to say too much where to locate the file.

I would like to listen to your point of view.

Hi everybody,

I said "it is not recommended" and "it's adventurous" because the goal is the participation all kind of users and not only the advanced users. That's why I said all above.

Of course the way I described it's absolutely safe.
