The box tag shouldn't impose any particular style on the text inside, other than what's specified by the theme's CSS file. The wiki page box is styled as a "simplebox" div in CSS, so different themes define boxes differently. What do you mean by not supporting wordwrap? Do lines not wrap at all? Does this happen in all the themes at your site? The box tag itself shouldn't be causing this. Maybe there is a space at the beginning of the text in the box. This will cause the line to not wrap.

Or you could use the

plugin, if this suits your purposes better.


Both the box (div#simplebox) and the quote plugin (.quoteheader, .quotebody) can be styled however you like by editing the theme's CSS file.
