Using the {maketoc} tag and normal headline tags produces this:
Table of contents
1 List of industries and prominent companies
1.1 Information (51)
1.1.1 >Telecommunications
1.2 Finance and Insurance (52)
1.3 Health Care and Social Assistance (62)
1.3.1 >Pharmaceuticals
1.4 Manufacturing (31-33)
1.4.1 >Chemical production
1.4.2 >Steel production
2 Marxism and industry
3 See also
4 External links
A little too big and bold for my taste, but can be adjusted with the stylesheet for the theme. {maketoc} generates the page contents list automatically, and the headline sizes you would indicate as you enter your text, using the wiki headline syntax.

Most plugins are in the Tikiwiki archive that you download, either in the lib/wiki-plugins directory (which are automatically activated) or in lib/wiki-plugins-dist, which is for plugins that have one issue or another, like maybe should only be used in secure intranets, etc. To see what is available at your site, edit a new wiki page and put {PLUGINMANAGER()}{PLUGINMANAGER} in it.
