Does the page work and display OK other than the notices? If so, there is a "PHP error reporting level for non-admin" item on Tiki's Admin/General page, and you can turn off these notices for non-admin users. There are a few pages that I always get such notices, but the page works OK except for the notices printed at the top and the font styles getting messed up a bit. These are only on admin pages so I just got used to it. I guess the database table needs to be fixed.
