How to hide columns from a DSN

posts: 35 Switzerland

I'm trying to allow users to see a view of some (not all) columns of a table using the SQL plugin and a DSN.

ie.

Copy to clipboard
{SQL(db=>mydb)} SELECT * from mytable {SQL}

should only return the "allowed" columns. I've found a way to give my user specified in the DSN SELECT access on some columns only, but Tiki still shows the full set of columns (as if I had not done anything on the MySQL side).

What am I doing wrong ?

TIA
Frankie
