The problem is the php version. php4.4.0 or higher

Yes some developpers (like toggg) try to fix this problem. The difficutly is that the problem exists in third party software. For isntance, smarty also has this problem and doens't offer a fixed release yet.
Thanks to those who contrinute (waiting for my major hosting to upgrade to help)
