    When you go to this URL — tiki-admin_forums.php — do you get a form to create a new forum? Nothing will show up in Admin/Forums "Home Forum" list until a forum is created. The forums page (tiki-forums.php) should probably report "No records found" below the Find box until the first forum is made.
