    tiki-export_wiki_pages.php is possible only if you have tiki_p_admin_wiki. Did you give this perm to registered? ... seems a little extreme to give this perm to anonymous.
    Strange, you don't have an error page....
    Otherwise take away if ($tiki_p_admin_wiki != 'y') {...} in tiki-export_wiki_pages.php
