))PhpMyAdmin(( is a separate program so it would be hard to know if it's available to you unless you were told by someone, or maybe you could spot it in your file directory at the server (it would be somewhere in the www directory along with Tiki's files. But probably it would be better to try my slimmed-down Admin Modules files.
I tried replying to your private message but couldn't. You have to enable "Allow messages from other users" first. As I mentioned in that reply, actually the problem of a bad module causing the whole site to not display does come up from time to time. Tiki should have a mechanism to handle it, but nothing's been created so far, as far as I know. Normally this problem can be solved by deleting the module entry in the database, but probably not every admin has access to the database.
