I don't think there are any collections yet like there are for some other CMSs. People have been doing custom designs, but mostly for their own use. If you don't have them already, some themes that used to be included with the Tiki archive are now available separately at http://mods.tikiwiki.org. It can be a bit daunting to do a good, complete theme for Tiki, as it has a lot of page types and a lot more CSS selectors than other CMSs. But on the other hand, there is room for a lot of creativity.

I have a site, zukakakina.com, where I'll be releasing the designs I've done, some original and some Tiki adaptations of GPL/LGPL themes from other CMSs. I hope to have some ready for downloading fairly soon. You can try out the themes now at that site, but they're in various stages of construction.
