All my eBay plugin does is provide a button creating a link to a auction item on the ebay site. Its just a more friendly way of doing [http://url.ebay.co.uk/viewitem.dll?item=12389718923] or whatever the format is.
To make it work with others it just requires the code changing and the .co.uk changing to .ca or .com or whatever.
