See this page at Sourceforge.net. You can download a pdf of the doc.tikwiki.org pages and also the old Tiki 1.6 manual. The manual, which is one thing that sold me on Tiki, is good because it describes the features pretty well (existing at that time) but keep in mind things have changed and have been added. The more-recent docs should be followed for methods with current Tiki releases. I imagine doc.tw.o should be checked for any additions that haven't been pdf'ed yet if you're having problems with something in particular.
