You can specify start and stop strings (lines) in the page. This would allow you to create the "mother table" in wiki format, and you can manually hide your tags for start and stop of inclusion in the other pages, by adding some lines created by wyou with hidden content (same color as backgroud).
Try first, search documentation on howto do the basics, and if any more doubts, ask again!
