Curious, but there's no image name shown in the random image module at my sites....

In your browser, "view source" of the complete Tiki page, and search for the relevant module name or image name. See what CSS div or span is surrounding the black text that you want to lighten. This is what needs to be changed in — or added to — the CSS file. "Added to" because dblue is a rather old theme and may lack some of the more recently added CSS selectors if it hasn't been updated. At themes.tw.o, with module window-shading turned on, the modules titles are black on the dblue background, for example.
There's also the "decorations=n" parameter, to get just the image and no module framing.
