I think you need to empty your templates_c directory

try this link yourtikiwiki/tiki-admin_system.php

At the top of the page you will see a link to "empty" the directory.

if that does not work try yourtikiwiki/tiki-admin_system.php?do=templates_c

this is the link that you would have if you could get to the page.

these links may not work if your site is really mucked up. If they do not allow you to get to the pages you will have to use an ftp program to get to your templates_c directory. Delete all the files in the directory.

To answer your question in an other post. To get your site information.

Use something like phpMyAdmin and do a database export from there. You should be able to use the dump to set up a new TW install. Note of course that this will not save any changes to things you changed in the file system. For example, template or style changes. Again use an ftp program to down load any changed files.
