All modules' php file have those lines (I used an existing module as the starting point for this one), so the problem is apparently something else. This is also suggested by the fact that I'm using the module at zukakakina.com with no problem.
If the module is preventing you from logging in, here's a post with two methods for getting rid of or around the module (full thread here).
