The Module plugin doesn't seem to have a width parameter, actually. The syntax shown for it in "Show plugin help" doesn't include a width parameter, and no values I put in for width did anything.

I suppose the width of the module is normally constrained in the left and right columns by the width set for the box that contains it and/or by the column width. These constrains are absent in a wiki page and elsewhere.

Since the plugin doesn't have its own width parameter, try putting it in a div, where you can set the float and width, like this:

Copy to clipboard
{DIV(float=>right,width=>280px)}{MODULE(module=>last_blog_posts,align=>right,max=>2)/}{DIV}
