In line 22 of templates/styles/planetfall/tiki.tpl, change
background="/styles/planetfall/silver_bg.jpg"
to
background="styles/planetfall/silver_bg.jpg"
In other words, delete the slash in front of styles. I thought I had fixed that earlier but looks like I forgot.
