It's not necessarily your fault. 
Your server might not have enough memory for Tiki's script execution. See article82. If this seems like it may be the problem, you'll have to contact your server administrator to check what PHP memory is set at and, if it's low, ask to have it increased.
If this isn't the problem, then I'm not sure what would be, but this should be checked first.
