I have tried placing it in the templates (not through the interface on Tiki but through my hosts cPanel), I tried to make a module of it before I realized JavaScript isn't allowed. I don't know what to do. We need the help desk ASAP but can't figure out how to integrate it. I've tried placing it in the header file and the "tiki-site_header.tpl" or whatever file and it hasn't worked. We don't want to use the plain old HTML one because it doesn't fit our needs.

To use Javascript, you'll need the JS Plugin. See this FAQ for more info.
