Yes, it's the expected behavior. Of the information on the list-pages page, you can turn off display of IPs, on the Admin Wiki page. Other than that, there is no built-in way to block the information. If you don't want that information displayed, you can restrict viewing of the page with a custom permission.

Modify tiki-listpages.tpl by adding something like {if $tiki_p_view_listpages eq 'y'} near the top of the page, like under the h1 tag, and put a closing {/if} tag at the bottom of the page.

Then add the tiki_p_view_listpages permission to the users_permissions table of the database, following the pattern of existing permissions (including its name, description, level and type).

After adding the perm to the database, it will show up in the Admin Groups permissions list. You can then give the permission to admin groups, etc. that should be able to see the list. Users without this perm will get an empty page when they enter the list-pages URL. You could put an error message in an {else} clause on that template if you like.
