I see in your CSS file, for div#logo, background-position-y:50%. This seems to be an HTML DOM property, not CSS syntax, so it's one thing I would change. Other than that, I can't see any difference in your code and the default Kubrick code (except for single quotes around image paths) in the head area. I think you should try a different property for the div#logo background image.
