Like ricks99 said, it's good to check the docs. The wiki help/plugin help at the bottom of the wiki editpage shows the basic syntax. Where there isn't specific wiki syntax, plugins can be made to produce just about any HTML layout. The TAG and DIV plugins are installed by default:
