Re: No buttons on Wiki Page Editor
The buttons at the top of the page in the image at doc.tw.o are in that location because of the theme being used when that screenshot was made. More often they are below the editing area. Do you have a row of buttons/links there?
The "categorize" button won't appear unless you have activated the Categories feature (tiki-admin.php?page=features), so that's something to check.
I'm not sure why the Quicklinks aren't appearing. Have you tried using other themes and browsers, just to test? What Tiki version and theme are you using?
