How can we prevent people overwriting images in img/wiki-up/

Our 1.9.7 site now has enough users in it that people are starting to overwrite each others images when they are uploaded to img/wiki-up/ using the UPLOAD PICTURE when editing a wiki page.

How can this be prevented?
Could Tiki lock the image afer it is uploaded?
Is there a setting to allow me to do this?
Can someone create a quick patch to do this?

Our short term solution is to ask people to preface image names with their username.

Hi PeterE,

we had the same problem, and i wonder that there is still no solution...

So we used a quiet dirty hack to put an timestamp in front of the name of the uploaded file.
Might not the best solution, but it works for us.

But there is another way to get around this problem...

You can use the FCKEditor as a WYSIWYG-Editor in your wiki.
This javascript editor has a build-in filemanager and with some fixes, every user can upload in his own directory.

imho this is a very clean solution.

So, tell me, if you want me to post some code.
