Like Gary, I'm running Tiki on my local Win XP boxes for testing purposes. I use EasyPHP 1.8.0.1 with:

• Apache 1.3.33
• MySQL 4.1.9
• PHP 4.3.10
• PHPMyAdmin 2.6.1

No problems at all.
