Vivienne sent me login info to check the files, and I found that some custom template files were inadvertantly put in the default templates directory, which led to a mix of theme files trying to be used and other little problems that resulted in pages not displaying. I re-uploaded default template files to replace the custom ones and the site appears to be working normally now.
