See this post. One way, probably the easiest, is to delete the offending module by editing your database, via phpMyAdmin or some other tool. (You mention having ftp access only, but do you have direct access to your Tiki's database, via the domain Control Panel, if it's hosted, for example?)

Another way is to use the modified files mentioned in the referenced link make and access an admin modules page without side columns. (These files are kind of old now, but should still work.) This method uses ftp and web access only.
