Here you don't input text. Rather, you input something like {menu id=XX} or {phplayers id=XX type=vert}, where "XX" is the ID number of your new menu.

After you make the new menu, you can see it listed in the table at the bottom of the Admin Menus page. Note its ID number in the left column.
