Each program is only aware of its own content. You can use both on a site, but it's up to you to provide navigation between them, make them compatible visually, and so on. Also searching, logins, content presentation like recent posts and all that won't be shared, and hopefully your visitors can sort things out.
I think the natural question is, if you are using Tiki as a multi-feature tool, why not use its blog feature rather than an outside blog script? What does Wordpress have that you don't want to give up, etc.?
