I don't think so, not without modifying the template file.

"Theme control" in the Admin menu, then click "Control by Sections".
Each of Tiki's directory links is in a div; Yahoo uses an unordered list. This could be duplicated in Tiki fairly easily by modifying the theme CSS file to get the Yahoo look. To get real close to the Yahoo layout, such as by moving the search box, you'd probably have to modify the tiki-directory_browse.tpl template also.
