Rating in Tiki-Wiki?
I am participating in a project called www.humanitad.org, and we are
planning to have a big conference in Slovenia September 11-13, where
lots of celebrities like Dalai Lama, Gorbatjev etc will be present to
find solutions to the 12 most urgent problems to humanity today. The
plan is to make massive publication and broadcasting efforts, and
invite the general public to vote on the different proposals presented
at the conference. We have the official support of the president of
Slovenia.
The month before the conference, there is a plan to have a
press-conference, where the twelve main issues will be announced, and
then we plan to allow people to propose solutions, that can be voted
and debated upon, and sorted in a "solution top list" for each of the
twelve subjects.
These top-lists will later be the basis for the final proceedings at
the conference.
I know some members of the Tiki-Wiki? community werw working on making such features available through the some time ago.
I just wonder if it would be possible to use Tiki-Wiki? for this
purpose in the near future, (berfore August this year) if the appropriate programming and
monetary resources will be allocated.
I really like the Tiki-Wiki?, and I think this could also be a great
opportunity to market this free software package Internationally.
