A good way to differentiate the two...
- Articles can be time-sensitive "news" items. You can configure a publication and expiration date for each "article." Visitors (with permission) can:
- Leave comments on articles
- Submit new articles (pending approval)
It is important to note that that articles do not maintain a change history.
- Wiki pages are the "content" pages of your site. Wiki pages have much more fine-grained permission structure than articles.
