The URL in your first code example does work. See my Zukakakina.com page again. One thing I didn't compare is if the plugin works when HTML is enabled. Zukakakina.com doesn't have HTML enabled for wiki pages. Otherwise, I don't know why the plugin isn't working for you. As you can see, it works at my site with your image URL. I assume you uploaded wikiplugin_imgstyled.php to your libs/wiki-plugins/ directory as is necessary for any new plugin.
