The feeds require anonymous READ access to the feature. So, if you have an RSS feed for the wiki, you must give Anonymous viewers the ability to read the wiki. You can have a single RSS feed for all your blogs, and specific feeds for each individual blog. However, you still need to give the Anonymous group READ access to the blogs.

Think of it this way... if you don't grant Anonymous access to the feature, how can you expect anonymous (non-logged in) access to the feed. AFAIK there's no way to "log in" in order to read an RSS feed.

If all you want is to give users notification each time something changes (i.e., a new post in a blog, a new image uploaded to a gallery, a wiki page changes, etc.) just use the WATCHES feature.
