> We are thinking about migrating from a homegrown Help Deskp/Techlog program we use, and researching the capabilities of TikiWiki to do this....what we need is something that has the following components....has anybody had any experience with using tikiwiki in this scenario, and even better, have a link to some examples? What is ths workfows/workspace thing I see, will this do it?

I don't know about the Galaxia workflow (I've never used it), but it sounds like Tiki's tracker function can do what you need.
