The service offered here (if that's what you refer to) is users (volunteers) helping other users. Tiki is not a commercial product so there is no customer service. As Marc said, judging from the slashes in your file paths, there seems to be a problem with your server, and you should contact whoever maintains it for a correction. I run Tiki on my Windows laptop, and there are only back slashes in the file paths. I don't know what accounts for the mix of slashes in yours, but that seems to indicate a problem outside the scope of Tiki installation, which is why Marc refered you to appropriate resources.
