This shows that the path to your phpinfo.php file is
C:\Inetpub\vhosts\thiruvarangam.com\httpdocs\communitywiki\phpinfo.php — ("PATH_TRANSLATED", about two-thirds the way down the page under ISAPI variables).
Note that backslashes are used consistently.
I don't know why the installer error messages show a mix of backslashes and forward slashes, and I don't know if this is due to an incorrect configuration of your server, or to some faulty interaction between Tiki's scripts and the server. My own experience, which is really pretty shallow, is with Apache; I don't know about the particular quirks of Windows IIS server. It seems that the presense of the domain name causes subsequent slashes to be web address style (forward) rather than path style (back).
