You can't rename the HomePage. Tiki insists on there being a page by that name. But you can make a new page the homepage of your site, which amounts to the same thing really. On Admin: General (tiki-admin.php?page=general), check "Use URI as Home" and input the address of the page you want to use as the home page. (Off hand, I don't recall if the name alone is enough or if you need to input "tiki-index.php?page=....")
