The modules aren't displaying for some reason. The left and right column < td > and < td /> tags are in place (a look at the page source shows), but there's nothing between them where the modules would be normally. Also, trying the url tiki-login.php causes an empty center column, where normally the login box module appears.
So it seems to me maybe the installation didn't go normally after all. The url ...templates/modules/ causes a server 404 error rather than the redirect to the Tiki index that you normally get with Tiki. This suggests the templates/modules/ directory is either not created or is incomplete. So a starting point would be to make sure these files are there; if they are missing, others may be as well.
