    Maybe you could use Tiki's newsletter feature for this?

    1. Create users
    2. Subscribe users to the newsletter
    3. Send the newsletter to the new users

    Thanks, I tried it, but it only brings me half way. I can't figure out how to include the username and password. The new users does not know those yet.
