You could you simply make two article types:
- News
- Classified
I'm pretty sure that Tiki already has a preset type for classifieds, in fact. See the docs, here for information.
Then, if you want a separate page for each article type, use the ARTICLES plugin to show the specific type on a single wiki page.
You could probably use Categories to accomplish this, too.
