Tiki displays a log-in box in the center column when the user doesn't have permission to view what was requested. Anyway, this is one cause. So maybe you should check again that permissions are set appropriately for viewing wiki pages (tiki_p_view permission given to the group intended to see wiki pages).
What about other Tiki sections, such as blogs, galleries or the admin pages? Does the log-in box show then also? If only for wiki pages, that seems to point to a wiki viewing permission problem.
