Encoding problem during copy/pase. [was: Re: Source Page D]
Did you copy/paste from the old site to new site? If so, it looks like a problem with your character encoding. Look at this line, from the source of your "D" page:

Notice that the links for D are ? instead of the correct page name — D. I think this is why the links are not working.
FWIW, this is a common issue when copying/pasting — always ensure that your target uses the same encoding as your source.
