You can make a hierarchical structure using . . . structures . In general Tikiwiki relies on unique page names for operations but, in a structure, pages can have an alias. So while they still need to have a complete unique name, in the structure navigation and so on the alias can be used. That is, the real page name would have to be "Programming_technologies," for example, but in the structure navigation an alias like "Technologies" could be used for both "Programming_technologies" and "Database_technologies."
To link to the pages, keep in mind the wiki syntax ((Programming_technologies|Technologies)) (actual_page_name|displayed_page_name) to simplify the appearance.
