See http://doc.tikiwiki.org/tiki-index.php?page=PluginGroup. If you give Anonymous permission to read articles, they'll be able to read tiki-view_articles.php. Then edit each article to put the main part of the article within the group plugin tags, as described on the docs page. If the group specified is registered or something else than Anonymous, anonymous visitors won't be able to see that content.
