Looks to me like you're missing a graphic — specifically the open/closed folder for the menu section items.
I would:
- Check your HTML source and see if this is the case.
- If so, confirm that you actually have the files on your server
You indicated that you recently performed a Tiki upgrade... did you remember to load (via FTP) all the new files?
