Clock not supporting daylight savings in 2.0?

I've upgraded to 2.0 and noticed the great clock/time support vs. that in 1.9x.

But when I go and select my timezone, it selects, technically, the correct one, but it doesn't account for daylight savings.

Is there a daylight savings option I can check, or is there something I'm missing in order for the system to accurately reflect the time on the server?

I run a Linux/FreeBSD box (take your pick, I run both) and I set the local time on the server to the actual local time (in my case Eastern Standard Time with Daylight Savings observed). So the time on the server may be 18:36, but when I set my timezone as Eastern Standard within Tiki, the time shows up as 19:36. EST is GMT-5h, while EDT is GMT-6h.

Hoping I can resolve this... thanks!
